- Gas permeable membrane permits pressure equalisation allowing glassware to be sterilised using an autoclave with the screw cap fastened
- Provides a tight seal that prevents the ingress of liquids or solids
- Ideal for aerobic microbiology and cell culture
- Suitable for storage and transport of gas generating media
- Autoclavable
- Temperature resistant to 140 °C
- Compatible with 1516, 1517, 1518, 1519 and 1520 series bottles and 1139/10 Fernbach flasks
