  • WHEATON® tubular dram vials are manufactured from clear 5.1 expansion borosilicate glass and use WHEATON® black polypropylene caps with foil liner
  • Both vials and caps are suitable for storage, display, sample collection and apothecary applications
  • The vials have a buttress thread finish and fit with the buttress thread black polypropylene dram vial caps with foil liner and range from 1.75ml to 28ml in volume
  • Dram vial caps are available in black only and are manufactured from polypropylene and have a foil liner, and provide good barrier properties and resistance to hydrocarbons, oils, ketones and alcohol
  • The term dram comes from the old English apothecary system and 1 Dram equates to approximately 3.55ml (or 1 / 8 fl. oz.)
  • Black polypropylene foil lined dram vial caps are sold separately to match vials sizes and quantity per pack
