Product Overview
Vapour enters through the top of the condenser and travels down the inside of the coil where it is condensed by the cooling medium in the outer jacket. Although this condenser has a coil, it is actually a type of jacketed condenser. These type of condensers are also known as Graham condensers. Distillation rates should be slow to avoid ‘slugging’ and a back pressure developing requiring the condenser to be used in a vertical orientation.
