PYREX® High temperature screw caps for PYREX® Media-lab bottle
- For use with 1516, 1517, 1518, 1519 and 1520 series bottles
- Ideal for applications involving high temperatures or aggressive chemicals
- Red thermoplastic Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) cap with natural coloured PTFE faced cap liner
- Withstands hot air sterilisation up to 180 °C
- PTFE faced cap liner resists chemical attack
- The cap may discolour when used at the maximum temperature of 180°C, however this does not affect performance.
