PYREX® Flasks, culture, Fernbach, baffled
- Manufactured from 3.3 expansion borosilicate glass complying with ISO 3585 (ASTM E-438 Type 1 Class A)
- Used for the preparation of cultures
- Large surface area to volume ratio
- With 3 equidistant side baffle indents to maximise oxygen transfer to the growth medium when shaken
- Available in two versions - Delong neck, with 38mm neck O.D. for use with 4540/38P and 4550/38M push-on closures (available separately) - Screwcap, supplied with polypropylene GL45 screwcap
- The screw thread neck version can also be used with a GL45 membrane screwcap (available separately)
