Product Overview
Due to the internal cooling spiral, the Dimroth condenser is characterized by its large cooling surface (coolant flow in counter flow principle). The most well-known application of the Dimroth condenser is the reflux condenser. A reaction mixture is heated, the resulting vapours condense on the cooling spiral and are returned to the reaction mixture. The Dimroth condenser with its internal cooling spiral has a large cooling surface and is often used as a reflux condenser.
