DWK Life Sciences Awarded Silver Medal Again by EcoVadis

DWK Life Sciences has once again been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal, following a comprehensive re-evaluation of its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance. This repeat recognition highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.

Over the past years, DWK Life Sciences has taken significant steps to strengthen environmental protection, occupational health, and safety awareness and compliance by aligning its Integrated Management System with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. These efforts have delivered measurable results, including a significant reduction in the Total Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR) across all production sites.

Additional initiatives focused on reducing energy consumption and increasing the use of renewable energy have contributed to lowering overall CO₂ emissions, supporting DWK Life Sciences’ alignment with 2030 climate targets. To further enhance transparency along the value chain, DWK has also completed an initial Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) calculation, enabling the sharing of life cycle emissions data with customers and other stakeholders.
