This strategic move combines the two production facilities located in Millville and relocates the North American corporate offices to a newly renovated, state-of-the-art building on West Landis Avenue in Vineland, NJ,
By consolidating Millville operations into one centralized location, DWK reduces the resources and energy demands with managing multiple facilities. This move aligns with our goals to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
At the same time, the North American Headquarters will move from Millville to Vineland. The new location is a 71,271-square-foot Class A office building that provides a modern, inclusive, and comfortable workspace that will drive connection and collaboration.
Located in an Urban Enterprise Zone, the property also provides access to NJEDA incentives, reflecting our commitment to leveraging local resources for economic growth and sustainable development. Its central location enhances accessibility for employees, clients, and partners, strengthening our connections with the community and regional stakeholders.
