Product Overview
Flat bottom flasks are similar in shape to round bottom flasks but have a flattened bottom to allow them to stand upright without requiring the use of a support ring. The standard ground joint allows a precise connection to other ground joint components such as colndensers, adapters, etc. Because of their shape, flat bottom flasks are not suitable for use under either a positive or negative pressure. Flat bottom flasks have a flattened bottom to allow the flasks to stand upright on their own. They are not suitable for use under a vacuum or positive pressure.
