Product Overview
One of the most important separation methods in the laboratory environment is filtration, which is used to separate or clean different media. For this working method, filters are required which are selected according to the application with regard to size and porosity. The filter funnel head assembly comprises of the glass filter head, two sealing rings and polypropylene funnel and all the individual components are interchangeable and can be replaced. All the components can be dismantled into its individual parts to allow the fitting of a glass sintered filter disc (must be ordered separately). A perforated glass plate is also available, as an alternative to the sintered disc, for the 250ml capacity assembly only. Due to the interchangeability of its individual parts, the filter funnel head assembly is suitable for a veriety of filtration applications.
