Custom configurations of packaging bottles and glass are available to meet your specific configuration, operational, and run rate needs — just ask.
Accelerating Your Efforts with Ready-to-Use Packaging
Our sterile packaging vials are ideally suited for biotech development and pharmaceutical applications that are performing aseptic filling, short- and long-content storage, and content delivery of parenteral, lyophilized, and vaccine content. Made from Type I borosilicate clear and amber glass our vials are fully prepared to meet standards for particulate matter in injections (USP778 & EP 2.9.19), bacterial endotoxins (USP85 & EP 2.6.14) and sterility (USP71 & EP 2.6.1). Available in quick ship case, pallet, and custom configuration quantities, sterile packaging vials are stocked in 2ml, 5ml, and 10ml sizes. No matter which size you choose, rest assured that they offer excellent barrier and chemical resistance properties. Our serum vials are designed to the toughest conformal standards and recognized for their thermal shock resistance and compatibility with common sterilization methods, making them the long-standing choice for parenteral packaging. All of our sterile packaging vials are delivered with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for traceability, simplified quality control efforts, and complete confidence that your valuable drug content is packaged securely.
Sterile, ready-to-use components are the perfect solution for pharmaceutical and compound pharmacy companies performing drug research, discovery, and small-batch filling operations. All of our sterile seals are particulate cleaned, depyrogenated, sterilized and shipped with USP certificates that streamline workflow and simplify the administrative effort. This off-the-shelf packaging solution reduces lead times, eliminates capital investment in cleaning equipment, and allows you to focus on your core development and manufacturing competencies — whether you’re at a biotech, diagnostic, pharmaceutical company, a CRO, CMO, CDMO, or a compound pharmacy. Sterilized flip-off seals provide our customers with operational flexibility. Plus they’re delivered with Certificates of Analysis (COA) for traceability and that simplifies your quality-control efforts. Flip-off caps provide center hole access, ensure closure integrity, allow one-hand opening, and eliminate jagged metal edges to maximize safe use. Finally, our flip-cap seals are easy to use, autoclavable, and tamper-evident. The plastic top flips off with pressure from the thumb, exposing the aluminum seal with center hole and pull ring.
For pharmaceutical companies and compound pharmacies that perform drug research, discovery, and small-batch filling operations, our sterile, ready-to-use stoppers are the ideal packaging accelerator. Particulate cleaned, depyrogenated, sterilized, and shipped with USP
certificates to add efficiencies while reducing effort, this off-the-shelf packaging solution reduces lead times, eliminates capital investment in cleaning equipment, streamlines the supply chain, and allows you to focus on core competencies.
Those performing biotech, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, CRO, CMO, CDMO, and compound pharmacy applications will appreciate the operational efficiency that these sterilized, ready-to-use stoppers provide. We’re also happy to provide Certificates of Analysis (COA) for traceability and to ensure quality control. For your convenience, these stoppers are available in six off-the-shelf options that include UltraPure, OmniFlex Serum, and OmniFlex Igloo, and in 13mm and 20mm sizes. OmniFlex 3G Sterile Serum Stoppers are available in 13mm and 20mm sizes, manufactured in a silicone-free environment and completely coated with a fluorinated polymer to virtually eliminate chemical reactions caused by contact with rubber surfaces. UltraPure Sterile Serum Stoppers are available in 13mm and 20mm sizes and are latex-free, compatible with WFI applications, and known for good moisture absorption and desorption properties associated with autoclave and lyophilization. OmniFlex 3G Sterile Igloo Lyo Stoppers are available in 13mm and 20mm sizes. Stoppers are offered in three-leg styles to reduce cocking and interlocking to improve workflow.

WHEATON® CompletePAK DualFusion offers an alternative to our glass vials for customers conducting discovery and filling operations for biotechnology, cell therapy, and radiopharmaceutical content. DWK Life Sciences DualFusion™ is manufactured by SiO2 Medical Products, Inc. and made of stretch blow molded Cyclic Olefin Polymer (COP) coated with two barrier layers. COP offers shatter protection and glass-like transparency for content protection and visualization as well as superior protection against breakage. It features covalently bonded surface treatments designed to block oxygen and gas permeation and protect content from leachables and delamination. These surface treatments also improve content extraction by reducing non-specific protein binding without the need for siliconization required by glass packages. DWK Life Sciences DualFusion™ vials are available in nested 2ml, 6ml, and 10ml vial tubs and as part of a WHEATON® CompletePAK DualFusion™ inventory matched kit with closures.
