Intended for one-time use in the transfer of small volumes, our disposable Pasteur pipette is available in soda lime or borosilicate glass and plastic (LDPE - Low Density Polyethylene). Our wide product offering includes both sterile and non-sterile products with a choice of plugged or unplugged, supporting their use in everyday laboratory applications.
Serological pipettes are accurate liquid management devices used in most laboratories for a range of liquid dispensing applications across different industry sectors, from academia, industry to general life science and cell culture. The single-use pipettes are available sterile and non-sterile in both glass and plastic. Sterile wide-tip pipettes are ideal for transferring viscous liquids, and our short-range lab pipettes are perfect for use in more confined spaces such as laminar flow hoods.

Sterile pipettes are required for applications where microbial contamination could pose a problem in cell biology and bacteriology applications. As such, several of the glass and single-use plastic pipettes are offered sterile.
All calibrated volumetric glassware requires that the user be informed whether the pipette is "To Contain" or "To Deliver" and that it be permanently marked "TC" (or "In") or "TD" (or "Ex"). The volume of liquid in a TC pipette must be blown out, whereas the volume of liquid in a TD pipette should be allowed to naturally drain.
