Product Overview
Combining the cooling features of the Liebig condenser with those of the Dimroth condenser, jacketed coil condensers are very efficient condensers. This is characterized by its large cooling surface (cooling coil and outer jacket) and is therefore suitable for condensing vapors from reaction mixtures with low boiling points (distillation).
Specifications
Boro 3.3 | Borosilicate glass 3.3 has a very good chemical resistance, virtual inert behavior, a high maximum usage temperature, high light transparency and minimal thermal expansion. Borosilicate glass 3.3 has a linear coefficient of expansion of 3.3 Ć 10ā6 Kā1 at 20 °C. It also conforms to the requirements of a USP/EP/JP Type 1 neutral glass suitable for use by the pharmaceutical industry. The properties of DURANĀ® are specified to ISO 3585 and ASTM-E438 Type 1 Class A. |
