- Manufactured from 3.3 expansion borosilicate glass complying with ISO 3585 (ASTM E-438 Type 1 Class A)
- Used to prevent the entrainment of the liquid into the vapour stream during distillation applications
- With two ground cone joints to fit the boiling flask and top of the condenser

These splash heads are used in distillation assemblies in which the condenser is assembled in a vertical orientation. The lower cone joint fits into the boiling flask and the upper cone fits into the top of the condenser.
