Product Overview
An obvious feature of the coil condenser is its spiral riser tube, which is located in a jacket and thus washed around by the cooling medium. Due to this condensate flow, the condensation performance is very low although the cooling section is very long. This type of condenser is therefore usually used as a downstream additional condenser and not as an independent distillation condenser. Due to the better drainage of condensate in the spiral riser tube, the condenser must be installed in a vertical position. The coil condenser serves to distill a reaction mixture or to cool a condensate.
